The 36th Uganda National Students’ Association (UNSA) NEC successfully held their handover and swearing-in ceremony at State House, Nakasero. The event was graced by Janet Kataaha Museveni, the First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, alongside Peter Ogwang, Chairman Tanga Collins, Wilson Bugembe, Barnabas Nawangwe, and Joyce Moriku Kaducu.
Also in attendance were commissioners and officials from the Ministry of Education and Sports (Uganda), representatives from the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB), the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC), and several Members of Parliament.
The ceremony marked an important milestone as the newly elected student leaders officially assumed office, reaffirming their commitment to representing the interests and welfare of students across the country.
